Once you account has been approved you should contact the model first so you can both agree on how much time you want to buy or if there a special request the model can prepare for your show. Once you both have an agreement and you are ready, go to the models profile and click on the link, "Payments". This will take you to a list of rates and you will find a payment button. Clicking the payment button and following it through will take you to a secure page so you can fill in your credentials safely. You will only be billed once and there are no reoccurring charges. Once you have completed your payment please note the unique subscription ID number so you can provide the model this information. You will also be sent an email to confirm your transaction. It's that simple. On your bank statement the bill will show up as CCBILL *EU.
It is always advisable to set your messenger conversation log to never delete in case a dispute arises.
When submitting your details to make a payment on the CCBILL secured form, please ensure you provide accurate information and a valid phone number to avoid disruptions to your service.
If you come across a verified model with the WebCamLive.co.uk CCBILL payment option that refuses to accept CCBILL payments, please alert us at abuse@webcamlive.co.uk so we can remove the model with immediate affect - We have zero tolerance for this type of behaviour.
REFUND REQUEST
If your dispute is regarding payment you should allow the model twenty minutes rather than act hastily as it could be that the payment system or the model mail server is running slow.

If you have any dispute about your web cam show please include your conversation log.
Do not issue a chargeback without contacting us first as it will lead to future complications for you and will no doubt hurt your credit scoring and your ability to make future purchases with us and other websites.

If at any time you want to make a change to your profile such as a photo please provide your YAHOO ID and name so we can locate your details then email change@webcamlive.co.uk. Failure to supply this information will only delay your request. The next time we log on to the net or receive your email we will make the change whenever possible. Please allow 24hrs for any changes to be action. On some occasions request may take up to a week hopefully this will never happen to you.
If you are a model member and would like to setup a gallery under your profile then email in as many photos as you like as we have no restriction in size or limit. See an example that has already been setup GALLERY. Once we received your pictures we will setup your gallery as soon as possible but sometimes it may take longer to see them listed.
We will favour models with the verified logo and try to help as much as possible. If a viewer questions your verification status please divert them to http://www.webcamlive.co.uk/verify.htm. If they do not want to read the page then clearly they are not a serious client. Rather than continue the conversation put them on ignore. If they continue to be abusive alert the abuse team so we can take the necessary action. Please forward the ID, log of the conversation and as much information as possible about the event.
HOAX/FRAUD EMAIL
How to verify genuine emails from webcamlive.co.uk?
