You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you may access or view our site. Please read them carefully. By visiting the WebCamLive.co.uk website, you are agreeing to its terms. This Agreement is subject to change at any time, and changes are effective upon posting. Bookmark this page and check it frequently as it is up to you to refer to this page for any amendments/changes to the original Agreement.

Terms and Condition

Important Notice: All persons whose images are displayed on WebCamLive.co.uk are autonomous, work from remote private premises, are neither employees, nor independent contractors of WebCamLive.co.uk. WebCamLive.co.uk exercises no control over the images or video feed displayed by them and nor is WebCamLive.co.uk held responsible against any money issues arising from any Entertainers listed on this site. Any involvement in any entertainment is strictly between the cam host and the client only.

However, if you feel that any Entertainer listed did not perform any service to you when you paid, then please report it to us and we can include them in the scam alert to alert others from making the same mistake but please allow sufficient time for investigation. You and the Entertainer must also co-operate with WebCamLive.co.uk in remedying any breaches that do occur. If you do not WebCamLive.co.uk reserves the right to terminate it's service to anyone and without notice. However, any false allegations made against Entertainers will not be taken lightly.

Please note that WebCamLive.co.uk is not a direct provider of any of the services rendered by its Entertainers who have Web Pages or links on the WebCamLive.co.uk Internet site. These Entertainers purchase web pages from third parties as customers conducting their own business. WebCamLive.co.uk cannot be responsible for the nature or quality of the services rendered to you by any Entertainer.

Anything communications or events.

A. Video Chathost agrees to the following:

1. Video Chathost and/or Chathost Representative shall be solely and exclusively responsible for all of the content of the Productions.

2. Video Chathost ensures WebCamLive.co.uk that the content in his or her Productions complies with the laws and regulations applicable in (i) Video Chathost's country of origin, (ii) Video Chathost's local community, and (iii) the UK

3. All visible participants in Your Productions shall be consenting adults who are (i) at least 18 years of age, (ii) of legal majority age in Video Chathost's jurisdiction

4. Intellectual Property Rights.

4.a Video Chathost hereby warrants and agrees that Video Chathost possesses all intellectual property rights, interests, and licenses necessary to engage in this agreement. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in the Productions, any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary information of third parties without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

4.b Video Chathost transfers to WebCamLive.co.uk full license to use any and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and all other proprietary rights in and to the Productions, or any portion thereof, via an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, transferable, exclusive license to WebCamLive.co.uk. With the rights granted herein, WebCamLive.co.uk may, without limitation, use, distribute, reproduce, display, perform, publish, modify, adapt, translate, transmit, market, import, export, promote and/or create derivative works of the Productions in any medium or technology whatsoever, now known or to be developed in the future. You further agree that WebCamLive.co.uk shall be the sole owner and holder of all copyrights and all other proprietary rights in and to any and all derivative works created from the Productions.

1. Eligibility:
You must be eighteen or over to be listed or use this site. Listing in the service is void where prohibited. By using and/or viewing this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions and that you are at least 18-years of age.

2. Your're Listing information.
You agree to provide WebCamLive.co.uk with accurate, complete, and current registration information. Failure to do this shall constitute a breach of this agreement and unauthorized access to WebCamlive.co.uk. Unauthorized access to WebCamLive.co.uk could result in immediate termination of your listing/account and maybe subject you to civil and criminal liability. Unless you have prior written authorization from WebCamLive.co.uk, you may not register for additional listing/accounts after such termination.

You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your cam host.

3. Verification Check
The "Verified" logo does not mean WebCamLive.co.uk will accept any responsibility or assume responsibility as the entertainers are not employed or contracted by WebCamLive.co.uk. The verified check box means the person providing the cam shows is the person in the picture of the listing and will accept payments by CCBILL. WebCamLive.co.uk accepts no responsibility from any problems that arises between the entertainers and the viewers. Any problems or complications must be resolved strictly between the entertainer and the viewer.

4. Termination.
WebCamLive.co.uk reserves the right to terminate your listing to the site for any reason or no reason without notice. WebCamLive.co.uk may terminate your listing upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for listing or such other email address as you may later provide to us. Upon termination of WebCamLive.co.uk, your right to use WebCamLive.co.uk immediately ceases. WebCamLive.co.uk shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any content to you or any third party. Any outstanding payments will be held by CCBILL within their right of agreement or held by WebCamLive.co.uk as a security deposit to avoid any charge backs for no longer than six months. Should any activity involve fraud, payments will be suspended until WebCamLive.co.uk is able to resolve this issue. WebCamLive.co.uk will have no obligation to forward any payments to any third parties other than to the registered or agreed information.

5. Trademarks.

WebCamLive.co.uk is a trademark of WebCamLive.co.uk and may be used publicly only with express written permission. Other trademarks and service marks featured on the site are displayed pursuant to licenses obtained from the owners and/or holders of those trademarks and service marks, and may not be used publicly without the express written consent of the owners and/or holders of such trademarks and service marks.

6. Copyrights.

Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all materials on this site are protected by Federal copyright and are protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws. Materials contained in any part of the site may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without the written permission of the sites owner. Except as expressly stated in the Limited License provision in these Terms of Use, no grant of any express or implied right to you under any trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary information are given.

7. Limited License.

WebCamLive.co.uk provides the materials on this site for the personal, non-commercial use by viewers, fans, visitors, subscribers and/or potential subscribers of said site. Users of this site are granted a single copy license to only view (on a single computer only). That the viewing of said information does not constitute the right to print or copy of any of the information made available for viewing on this site. The viewing of information on this site is for personal, non-commercial use only. Site owner reserves the right to limit the amount of materials viewed. Commercial use of any material located on it, is strictly prohibited. In addition, users of this site may not: (i) modify any of the materials found in any area of this site, download or copy any material from this site; (ii) use any of the materials found in any area of this site for any public display, performance, sale or rental; (iii) remove, modify or alter any copyright or other proprietary notice, or trademarks from any of the materials found in any area of the site; or (iv) otherwise transfer any material located in any area of this site to any other person or entity. Site owner reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you breach or violate any provision of this Terms of Use agreement, in which case you will be obligated to immediately destroy any information or materials you have downloaded, printed or otherwise copied from this site. Site owner reserves all other rights coincident or related to this site.

8. Content Posted on the Site/CDA.
A) WebCamLive.co.uk claims immunity from liability to the fullest extent under the law and as provided under the Communications Decency Act for Content provided by third parties and members and nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive, remove, or usurp such immunity. You understand and agree that WebCamLive.co.uk may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment WebCamLive.co.uk. violates the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of WebCamLive.co.uk. and/or its members.

B) You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the WebCamLive.co.uk, or transmit to other WebCamLive.co.uk members.

C) By posting content to any public area of WebCamLive.co.uk, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to WebCamLive.co.uk and its members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information, rights of publicity, and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works and other media, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

D) You must use the WebCamLive.co.uk service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Feedbacks.
You must not take any actions that may undermine the integrity of the feedback system. Performers posting reviews on their profile is an act of violation and appropriate action will be taken. Feedback ratings are not designed for any purpose other than for facilitating cam sessions between Entertainers and users. We do not allow you to import feedback from other websites to WebCamLive.co.uk because such feedback does not reflect your reputation within the WebCamLive.co.uk community. Termination of listing/account the feedback will remain intact for an indefinite period.

10. Fraud.
Without limiting any other remedies, we may suspend or terminate your listing if we suspect that you have engaged or are about to engage in, or have been in any way involved in or linked to, fraudulent activity in connection with the Site. On termination your're listing with be place in the Scam List for an indefinite period of time or simply removed base on the seriousness of the fraudulent activity. We will not payout to any performer’s link to fraud. If we find you are linked to any fraudulent activities we will forward your details to the authorities for prosecution. If you think a fraudulent activity is about to be committed you should inform us immediately so we can investigate the matter in hand.

11. Member Disputes.
WebCamLive.co.uk. does not control the information provided by other users that are made available through our system. You may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution, common sense, and safety when using our site. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other WebCamLive.co.uk members. Because it is not involved in member interactions, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more members or those who have posted, viewed, or used information on the WebCamLive.co.uk site, you release WebCamLive.co.uk, including its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees, from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code § 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor." WebCamLive.co.uk. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other entertainers or viewers.

12.Customer Payments.
Payments made out to the model during the live cam session cannot be carried forward to another time period or day. Only buy time you will use as the model has no way to record unused minutes. It is your duty to buy the correct amount and complete the session within the same time frame of that day. Any unused amount will be forfeited. A service is determined by the commencement of a conversation and the ending of the time period agree at commencement.

13. Disclaimers.
WebCamLive.co.uk, including its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the site or in connection with the WebCamLive.co.uk service, whether caused by users, members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the service, nor for the conduct of any user and/or member of the WebCamLive.co.uk service whether online or offline. WebCamLive.co.uk. assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user and/or member communications. WebCamLive.co.uk is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the WebCamLive.co.uk site and/or in connection with the WebCamLive.co.uk service. Under no circumstances WebCamLive.co.uk, be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the site or the service and/or any content posted on the WebCamLive.co.uk site or transmitted to WebCamLive.co.uk users. The site and the service are provided "AS-IS" and WebCamLive.co.uk expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. WebCamLive.co.uk cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the site and/or the WebCamLive.co.uk service.

This site contains links to sites, which are controlled by third parties. Those linked sites are not under the control of site owner and site owner is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a link site. Site owner is providing those links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by site owner of any linked site. Pursuant to the terms of service licensee understands that the act of clicking on a third party link is the act of leaving the site.

15. Limitation on Liability:
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted (and in that event liability is disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law), in no event will WebCamLive.co.uk. be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the site or the WebCamLive.co.uk service, even WebCamLive.co.uk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, WebCamLive.co.uk's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to WebCamLive.co.uk for the service during the term of membership or use.

16. Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify and hold WebCamLive.co.uk, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

17. NOTICE.
WebCamLive.co.uk may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the TOS, by email, regular mail, or postings on the Service.
